Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 12-week assignment in Ilwaco, Washington. The CT Tech will operate CT scanners, prepare patients, set parameters, and collaborate with radiologists to obtain diagnostic quality images.

Qualifications

One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist
Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations
Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes
Prepare patients for procedures and position them safely
Set technical parameters to accurately demonstrate anatomy and pathology
Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation
Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CT equipment
Document patient information and imaging parameters accurately
Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to deliver timely diagnostic services
Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across facilities
Perform other duties as assigned within CT Tech practice
