Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing seeks a travel CT Technologist for a contract in Portage, Wisconsin. The role covers 36 hours per week with 9-hour days, and involves operating CT equipment to produce diagnostic cross-sectional images.

The position requires 18 months CT experience, ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification, and state licensure where applicable. Travel credentials and housing options are provided along with a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• 18 months of CT Tech experience in a healthcare setting.
• ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification required.
• Most states require licensure for CT Technologists.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and safety tools.
• Set controls, monitor equipment and patient, adjust as needed.
• Assist radiologist with imaging, IVs and contrast administration.
• Distribute oral contrast as required for CT procedures.
• Assist with interventional CT procedures when applicable.
• Label and file CT images, schedule procedures, and help with clerical tasks.
