Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Milford, Connecticut. The role requires ARRT-CT certification, Epic EMR proficiency, and ARRT-R preferred, with an evening shift in a hospital radiology department.

Responsibilities include performing CT studies across multiple regions, cardiac CT with calcium scoring, and vascular CTA imaging. Experience with MPR/ROI and radiation safety is preferred; travel experience is required.

Qualifications

• ARRT-CT certification required; ARRT-R preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• CT license required if applicable.
• Minimum 2 years of CT experience, or 1.5 years with Level I trauma or travel experience.
• Epic charting system experience required.
• Teaching hospital and community hospital experience preferred.
• Proficiency with contrast media preparation and administration.
• Skilled in peripheral IV starts and venipuncture.
• Experience with multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and region of interest (ROI) measurement preferred.
• Knowledge of radiation safety and isolation precautions/PPE.
• One professional reference required.

Responsibilities

• Perform abdomen and pelvis, head and neck, spine and musculoskeletal, and chest CT studies.
• Perform cardiac CT including calcium scoring and coronary angiography.
• Perform vascular studies including CTA and pulmonary embolism imaging.
