Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled CT Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Chico, California. The CT Tech will operate CT scanners, prepare patients, adjust parameters, and collaborate with radiologists to produce high-quality diagnostic images.

Ideal candidates hold a radiology license, have at least 1 year of CT experience, and maintain BLS certification. ARRT certification is preferred. Competitive pay and full benefits are offered for this travel assignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CT technologist experience.
• Valid radiology license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic cross-sectional images.
• Prepare patients and position for imaging while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Set technical parameters to optimize image quality.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
• Document patient information and imaging details in the hospital system.
