Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Travel CT Scan Tech / Radiology in Tucson, AZ for a 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM shift (Fri–Sun). Requires CT license, ARRT, BLS, and eligibility to work within 50 miles outside of Tucson.

The CT Technologist will provide timely diagnostic CT imaging for inpatients and outpatients under Radiologist supervision. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an AMA-approved radiologic technology program, licensed as a general radiographer with CT licensure, and possess

Qualifications

Graduate of an AMA-approved radiologic technology program.
ARRT registration is required.
Current state licensure as a general radiographer.
Current CT licensure is required.
Current BLS certification is required.
Demonstrated proficiency in routine diagnostic CT procedures.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and advanced diagnostic CT scanning procedures.
Scan head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, and extremities.
Assist with CT-guided biopsy and drainage procedures.
Perform studies with and without contrast media per safety protocols.
Demonstrate knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy for patient positioning and image acquisition.
Operate and process CT imaging systems effectively.
Follow sterile procedures when required.
Ensure correct patient identification and exam selection.
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and nurses.
Maintain patient safety, comfort, and privacy during imaging.
