Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Hickory, North Carolina. You will work 40 hours per week on 10-hour day shifts at a partnering hospital, performing diagnostic CT imaging and ensuring patient safety.

Required ARRT certification in Radiography with CT preferred, active state license if applicable, and BLS (ACLS preferred). SHC provides full benefits and 24/7 support.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography; ARRT CT preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license where applicable.
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years radiologic technologist experience; CT imaging preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and CT protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilize radiologic equipment and ensure patient safety.
• Explain scanning procedures to patients.
• Maintain radiation protection and patient comfort.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality.
