• Eighteen months prior experience in a health care setting as a CT Tech.
• Must be ARRT (CT) or ASRT certified.
• Most states require licensure.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Position patients for CT scans.
• Set and monitor CT equipment controls and patient safety.
• Assist radiologist with imaging procedures and contrast administration.
• Dispatch and label CT images for interpretation.
• Schedule patients for procedures and perform basic clerical functions.
• Ensure a safe, high-quality patient care environment.
