Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a fast-paced hospital CT department in Florida, offering a 7:00 PM–7:30 AM overnight shift and potential float to the main CT department. 1+ year CT experience and ARRT CT certification are required, with Florida licensure if applicable.

Position involves working with GE and Siemens equipment, documentation in Meditech and GE Centricity, and collaboration with ER for trauma/stroke cases. Housing allowance and licensure reimbursements included.

Qualifications

• ARRT CT certification required.
• BLS required.
• Florida license required if applicable.
• Minimum 1 year CT experience required.
• Trauma and stroke experience preferred.
• GE equipment experience required.
• Terra Recon or reformat experience preferred.
• AIDET patient experience approach required.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital CT department with 3 CT scanners.
• 2 techs staffed on overnight shifts.
• Uses GE and Siemens CT equipment.
• Documentation via Meditech and GE Centricity.
• Overnight shift, Tuesday-Thursday, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM.
• May float to main CT department per facility policy.
• Standard CT scans performed on this shift with no invasive CT procedures required.
• Supports ER department with turnaround times for stroke and trauma cases.
• Minimal call required.
• Work closely with the ER team to expedite patient care.

• Terra Recon or reformat experience on another platform is an advanced skill preferred
• AIDET patient experience approach required

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital CT department with 3 CT scanners
• 2 techs staffed on overnight shifts
• Uses GE and Siemens CT equipment
• Documentation via Meditech and GE Centricity
• Overnight shift, Tuesday-Thursday, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
