Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Augusta, GA. The CT Tech will perform CT imaging, prepare patients, and ensure high-quality studies are delivered to physicians for interpretation.

Requirements include 1 year of experience, BLS, ARRT (CT) certification, and state licensing as applicable. The role involves 40 hours per week, days shift, and travel employment with a tax-free stipend partially determined.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of experience.
• Must have BLS, ARRT (CT) Certification and state licensing where required.

Responsibilities

• Use CT equipment to capture diagnostic images and ensure accuracy for physician interpretation.
• Prepare and care for patients undergoing CT scanning.
• Correctly position patients and explain procedures to provide reassurance.
• Interpret doctors' instructions and review imaging requests.
• Adhere to safety procedures when working with radiation and maintain records.
