Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Springfield, TN. The CT Tech operates CT scanners, prepares patients, and collaborates with radiologists to obtain diagnostic quality images.

The role requires CT experience, valid radiology license, and BLS certification, with night shifts and a 40-hour work week. Travel-friendly benefits and support from a dedicated clinical team are provided.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist.
• Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare patients, explain imaging process, and position for procedures.
• Set technical parameters to ensure accurate demonstration of anatomy.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CT equipment.
• Document patient information and imaging parameters in the hospital system.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to deliver timely diagnostic services.
• Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across facilities.
