Job summary

American Traveler Staffing Professionals is seeking a Travel CT Technologist for a community hospital in Rockville, MD. Responsibilities include performing abdomen and pelvis CT scans with and without contrast, working across Adult Acute Care, ED, ICU, and Pediatric settings, and ensuring patient safety.

The role requires ARRT-CT and ARRT-R certifications, BLS, an active Maryland (or Compact) license, at least 1 year of CT experience, and familiarity with PACS, GE/Siemens equipment, and contrast

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist.
• ARRT-CT and ARRT-R certifications required.
• BLS certification required.
• Maryland or Compact license active and in hand at submission; license required if applicable.
• Community hospital experience preferred.
• Experience with contrast media preparation and administration.
• Radiation safety knowledge required.
• Two supervisor references required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures including abdomen and pelvis scans.
• Work in Adult Acute Care, Emergency Department, ICU, and Pediatric Acute Care settings.
• Use GE and Siemens equipment along with PACS system.
• McKesson charting system required.
• Candidates must be willing to float within the hospital and within their scope of practice.
