Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Paducah, Kentucky. The CT Tech will operate CT equipment, prepare patients, and ensure high-quality images for physicians. A 1-year CT experience, ARRT CT certification, BLS, and state licensing as required are needed.

The role includes 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts, for 9 weeks with a tax-free stipend and travel accommodations per assignment details.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of CT experience.
• BLS, ARRT (CT) National Certification with registration in computed tomography.
• State-specific licensing when required.

Responsibilities

• Position patients for CT scans and explain procedures to patients.
• Operate CT equipment to acquire diagnostic images.
• Administer radiocontrast agents as prescribed.
• Ensure image quality and pass images to physicians for interpretation.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to safety procedures.
