Additional Information

• RTO should be kept to a minimum, with 3-4 days considered reasonable for the 13-week contract
• Local candidates within 90 miles of any facility are eligible but not eligible for renewals or extensions
• Candidates who have worked at any affiliated facility within the past 12 months should disclose this during consideration
• Air pods, laptops, and cell phone usage are prohibited on the unit
