Job summary

Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Tacoma, Washington. You will operate CT scanners across inpatient, outpatient, and ED settings within a Level II trauma facility, handling trauma cases with BLS and ARRT CT credentials. The position is 40 hours weekly with evenings shifts.

Experience with trauma patients is required; ARRT(CT) is preferred but ARRT(R) familiar in contract is listed as required. Scrubs and radiation badge are provided. Referral bonus included.

Qualifications

• ARRT CT certification and BLS required; ARRT CT preferred.
• CT technologist operates CT scanners for inpatient, outpatient and ED patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans for inpatient, outpatient, and ED patients in a Level II trauma facility.
• Work 40 hours per week with evenings shift (1:00 PM–11:30 PM).
• Minimal call and rotating holidays. Ensure radiation safety and badge compliance.

• EMR: Epic
• 4 GE CT scanners across inpatient, outpatient, and ED.
• Experience: Experience with trauma patients required
• Certifications: BLS, ARRT(R) required; ARRT(CT) preferred but listed as required in the contract certifications.
• Unit: CT Radiology at a Level II trauma facility. Performs inpatient, outpatient, and emergency CT scans. Approx. 12-14 outpatient scans/day; ED scanner averages about 40 scans across shifts.
• Call: Minimal call
• Holidays: Rotating.
• Other: Radiation badge required Scrubs provided.
