Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Certifications and Qualifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ARRT-CT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - Computed Tomography) certification preferred; general CT experience from a hospital setting; experience with GE Revolution and Evo CT equipment preferred; at least 2-3 years of relevant experience required.
• Patient Types: Inpatient, outpatient, emergency, with some pediatric cases (approximately 2-3 per month); procedures include general anatomy imaging, calcium scoring, coronary studies, stroke alerts, CTA perfusion studies, chest, abdomen, pelvis, head; procedural experience such as biopsies and drain placements.
• Support on the Unit: Collaboration with radiology nurses, radiology support staff, code blue team, and centralized transport.
• Charting System: EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Floating: No floating required.
• Orientation: A 3-shift orientation period to learn workflow.
• Scheduling: No weekend rotation; no on-call required.
• Holiday Expectations: One summer holiday and one winter holiday.
• Fatigue Policy: Staff, including travelers, cannot work more than 60 hours per week or 5 consecutive 12-hour shifts.
• Additional Notes: No specific scrub color restrictions; no camo or denim allowed; free parking provided.
