ARMStaffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Pittsburgh, PA. The role involves performing CT imaging with contrast, adhering to safety protocols, and delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology or completion of an accredited CNMT program.
• CT registry must be acquired within 18 months of the date of hire if primary registry is already obtained.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field is required.
• ARRT Certificate and Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification (NMTC) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
• Compliance with PA Act 31, PA Act 33, PA Act 34, and PA Act 73.

• Document patient history in electronic records and ensure exams are coded and tracked.

Computed Tomography Technologist

Job Description

The Computed Tomography Technologist independently performs imaging procedures, utilizing established scan protocols to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for diagnostic purposes. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to adjust protocols as necessary to ensure optimal results.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform computed tomography (CT) procedures, including contrast administration.

Schedule

This position requires a rotating shift of 10 x 4, including three 12-hour shifts per week (7 AM - 7 PM or 11 AM - 11 PM), with every other or every third weekend coverage based on needs.
