Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 3+ years of experience and current ARRT(CT) certification for a 13-week assignment.

Details

• Diagnostic Imaging department setting in an acute hospital
• 10-hour shifts with varied scheduling
• No call requirements
• 13-week contract length

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience required
• Minimum of 2 years' work experience in an acute hospital setting
• Current ARRT(CT) certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license required (license required if applicable)
• Must be able to scan per radiologist protocols and perform routine CT scans independently without supervision
• Experience with Meditech EMR preferred
• Experience with Canon/Toshiba CT units and Vitrea workstation preferred
• Experience with venipuncture, MIP, MPR, and 3D imaging a plus
• Experience with procedures like biopsies, drainages, vascular or cardiac imaging, trauma, or stroke imaging a plus
• Proof of flu vaccination or facility-approved medical/religious exception required prior to contract start

Additional Information

• Must report to Employee Health 48-72 hours prior to start of assignment for clearance
• Candidates should plan to arrive prior to a Monday start to accommodate Employee Health scheduling
• No RTO will be granted during the first 13 weeks of the contract
• Candidates without an active Hawaii license must apply for licensure upon acceptance of offer and must have license by assignment start date
