Job summary

Talent4Health is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel assignment in San Angelo, Texas. Experience with adult, pediatric, neonatal, and geriatric patients is essential. Assignments typically involve day shifts, 10-hour days, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 2 years CT Tech experience required.
• Must graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT (R), ARRT (CT), and Texas State License required.
• BLS required; ACLS/NIHSS/Nursys required with submission.
• Epic experience required.
• Travel experience preferred unless strong work history.
• Experience with adult, pediatric, neonatal, and geriatric patients.
• Strong CT experience with contrast studies, venipuncture, CTA, coronary CTA, trauma, head/neck, spine, chest, abdomen and pelvis.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging across Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, Emergency Department, Pediatric Acute Care and Pediatric Outpatient settings.
• Perform CT with and without contrast, including abdomen/pelvis, head, chest, spine, and musculoskeletal studies.
• Experience with CTA, pulmonary embolism, aorta, vascular CTA, coronary CTA, and CT arthrography.
• Handle trauma head, carotid, soft tissue neck, cervical/lumbar/thoracic spine, and musculoskeletal trauma studies.
• Prepare and administer contrast media, perform venipuncture, and follow isolation/PPE protocols.
• Equipment includes Canon, Philips, Toshiba, Carestream, and Shimadzu CT/imaging systems.
• Utilize ROI measurements and image display/post-processing techniques.
