Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Monroeville, Pennsylvania. The CT Technologist will independently perform CT procedures, follow scan protocols, and administer contrast to ensure high‑quality imaging.

The position requires ARRT CT certification or CT registry within 18 months, ARRT Radiology with CT experience, 2+ years CT experience, BLS, and PA Act 31/33/34/73 licenses. Shifts are rotating with 36 hours per week over a 13‑week contract.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology or CNMT program.
• CT registry must be acquired within 18 months of registration or hire date.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant CT experience.
• AR R T in Radiology with CT experience or CT registry preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Licenses/certifications including PA Act 31, Act 33, Act 34, and Act 73.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform CT procedures following established scan protocols.
• Administer contrast media as required (PO, rectal, IV).
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety and imaging quality.
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members and follow departmental protocols.

Job Details

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, including two 12‑hour shifts, two 8‑hour shifts, and potential coverage of 3 12‑hour shifts. Shifts start at 7 a.m., 9 a.m., 11 a.m., and 2:30 p.m. with occasional night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. or 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.; rotation also includes weekdays, some evenings, and weekends.
• Required Qualifications: Graduation from an American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) approved school of Radiologic Technology or completion of an accredited Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) program; CT registry must be acquired within 18 months of registration or hire date if already obtained; minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; valid ARRT in Radiology with CT experience or ARRT in CT preferred; current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; licenses/certifications including PA Act 31, Act 33, Act 34, and Act 73.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience performing CT exams, venipuncture skills, GE equipment experience, procedural experience.
• Additional Information: The position requires administering contrast media (PO, rectal, IV), demonstrating technical expertise with complex imaging equipment, and maintaining accurate documentation. Candidate must be able to communicate effectively with patients and team members, follow departmental protocols, and ensure patient safety and care quality. No travel is required for this role.
