Job Summary

The organization is seeking a CT Technologist in the CT specialty located within Nebraska. This role involves performing quality computed tomography (CT) exams, including neuro, body, musculoskeletal, and interventional procedures, in a Level I trauma center. The position requires effective communication skills and the ability to handle all procedures offered by the department in a fast-paced setting.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education, and Experience: ARRT(CT)(R) and AHA BLS certifications are required. A Nebraska Medical Radiographer License and Level I trauma experience are mandatory. The candidate should have completed a minimum of 12 hours of non-billable orientation.
• Schedule: Night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Responsibilities: Perform all procedures, ensure quality scans in accordance with benchmarks, maintain departmental stock levels, and assist in QA processes. Operate GE equipment including 8 CT scanners, and work within EPIC EMR and Mckesson PACS systems.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GE equipment is preferred.
• Additional Information: Will be floating within the CT department across multiple locations within the same management structure. Orientation lasts six weeks, including department‑specific training and midpoint evaluations. The candidate must be proficient with basic computer navigation, communication, and multitasking skills.
