Job Details

• Position Description: Under general supervision, specializes in the performance of computerized tomographic radiological procedures on patients. Performs general diagnostic radiology examinations and related duties as required.
• Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent; registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) and the advanced registry in Computed Tomography (CT) or registry-eligible; BLS certification; 6 months of experience in trauma and stroke scanning.
• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: May work in various hospital or ambulatory settings, with potential exposure to radiation and high-voltage equipment. Must be reliable, dependable, and demonstrate excellent patient care, teamwork, and communication skills. Experience with power injectors, radiation protection, PACS, and radiology information systems is required.
