Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Winchester, Virginia. The role features a 13-week contract, 36 hours per week, and 12-hour night shifts in a hospital setting.

Required are an ARRT radiography license, BLS (ACLS preferred), and 1–2 years CT imaging experience. Travel experience and strong CT knowledge are strongly valued. Compensation includes weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
ARRT in Radiography (R); CT certification preferred.
Active state radiologic technologist license, if applicable.
BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
1–2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience; CT imaging preferred.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT protocols.

Responsibilities

Using CT equipment to capture diagnostic images.
Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety.
Explaining scanning procedures to patients.
Ensuring patient safety and comfort, including radiation protection.
Evaluating CT scans for good technical quality.

Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred
Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
1-2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

CT Tech Contract Details:

$2,214 - $2,380 per week*
13-week contract with possibility to extend
NOC shifts available
36 hrs/wk

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients
Explaining scanning procedures to patients
Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices
Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality
