Job summary

Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a night shift assignment in Tooele, Utah. You will perform CT scans and radiographic exams across inpatient and outpatient settings, using Siemens, GE, and Philips equipment in alignment with radiologist directives.

Candidates should have at least two years of experience, an ARRT registration, AMA-accredited education, and state licensure as a general radiographer. Travel experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of radiology experience and travel experience.
• Graduate of an AMA-accredited radiology program and ARRT-registered.
• Licensed by state as a general radiographer; able to perform radiologic procedures.
• Physical ability to perform radiologic procedures and CT imaging.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including CT scans and radiography.
• Operate CT systems, fluoroscopy, portable radiography and C-arm procedures.
• Assist radiologists and follow departmental protocols for quality and safety.
• Proficient in CT head/brain, neck, thorax, abdomen/pelvis, and extremities imaging.

Job Details

• Position Description: CT Technologist responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures such as CT scans and radiography across inpatient and outpatient settings, utilizing Siemens Definition and Force CT scanners, GE AMX and Optima portable X-ray machines, and Philips X-ray rooms.
• Required Qualifications: AT least two years of relevant experience, prior travel experience, graduate of an accredited American Medical Association (AMA) school, registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT), licensed by the state as a general radiographer, and physical ability to perform radiologic procedures.
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include performing basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiography, C-arm procedures, and intraoperative imaging. Proficiency in CT scanning of the head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures is required. Knowledge of CT system processing, sterile techniques, and contrast media studies is essential. No local candidates accepted; all travel submissions must meet experience criteria.
