Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Kapaa, Hawaii. The opportunity is a 13-week contract at a partner hospital, offering 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts and an ASAP start date.

Ideal candidates will hold ARRT Radiography (R) and radiologic technology credentials, a state license, BLS (ACLS preferred), and 1–2 years CT imaging experience. A Radiologic Technology degree is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• 1-2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience; CT imaging experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilize radiologic equipment and ensure patient safety.
• Explain scanning procedures to patients.
• Maintain radiation protection and patient comfort.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality.

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
• 1-2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

CT Tech Contract Details:

• $2,176 - $2,224 per week*
• 13-week contract with possibility to extend

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality
