Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a contract opportunity in Kapaa, Hawaii. This 13-week assignment offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts, designed for travel professionals ready to contribute in a hospital setting.

Qualified candidates will hold ARRT certification, a radiologic technology degree, and a state license where applicable; BLS required, CT experience preferred. SHC provides comprehensive benefits and support.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality
