Qualified candidates will have an associate or bachelor’s degree in radiologic technology, ARRT certification (Radiography in particular; CT preferred), and an active state license.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT certification in Radiography; CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years radiologic technologist experience; CT imaging preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to acquire diagnostic images.
• Sterilize radiologic equipment and ensure patient safety.
• Explain scanning procedures to patients and obtain cooperation.
• Monitor radiation safety and protect patients during procedures.
• Evaluate CT images for technical quality.

Supplemental Health Care is hiring CT Technologists for contract opportunities at a partnering Hospital in San Angelo, Texas. Join a leading healthcare team and put your imaging skills to work in a role that offers both professional growth and rewarding patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

CT Tech Contract Details

• $1,998 - $2,164 per week*
• 26-week contract with possibility to extend
• NOC shifts available
• 36 hrs/wk

Duties will include, but are not limited to

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality
