The CT Technologist will perform advanced CT imaging on ambulatory and hospital patients, working independently during overnight shifts to ensure high-quality imaging in line with established protocols.

This 13-week rotation offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts, providing robust support and exposure across patient settings.

Qualifications

• Required: BLS (AHA), ARRT Registered, TX MRT; 2+ years CT experience; GE CT/Xray and Samsung portable familiarity preferred.
• Preferred: stroke/trauma imaging experience; ability to perform multimodality procedures independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced imaging procedures, specifically CT, on ambulatory and hospital patients.

Job Summary

The CT (Computed Tomography) Technologist position is located in Lakeway, TX. This role involves performing advanced imaging procedures, specifically in CT, on ambulatory and hospital patients. The technologist will work independently during overnight shifts, ensuring high-quality imaging in accordance with established protocols to support accurate diagnoses.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights; 3x12- hour shifts, Thursday through Saturday; 1900-0700; minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: BLS (AHA only), ARRT (Registered), TX MRT, 2 years minimum experience working in CT; experience with GE CT/Xray and Samsung portables is preferred; must be self-sufficient and able to work independently overnight
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in stroke and trauma imaging, familiarity with GE CT/Xray systems and Samsung portable equipment, ability to perform high-quality multimodality procedures independently
• Additional Information: The technician must be able to perform procedures confidently, communicate effectively with patients, and follow safety and infection-control protocols. The role may require serving as a preceptor and taking on-call responsibilities as needed.
