Compensation & Benefits

The compensation package includes a $600 travel bonus, day‑1 health insurance with United Healthcare, a PTO plan that starts accruing on day 1 (use during contract or cash out at the end), a guaranteed stipend if the facility cancels you, and an extra hourly bonus for working over your contracted hours. Pay is based on 12‑hour shifts.
