Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Years Minimum Experience Required Traveler Experience: Unit WILL ACCEPT 1st Time Travelers Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes**Skills: Work setting: Adult Acute Care, Emergency Department, Pediatric Acute Care. Equipment: PACS, Siemens. Abdomen and Pelvis: both with and without contrast. Chest: Chest without and/or with contrast, Vascular chest (e.g., pulmonary embolism, CTA, aorta). Head and Neck: carotid, head with and/or without contrast, sinuses, soft tissue neck, trauma head. Image Display and Post Processing: Multiplanar reconstruction (MRP), Region of interest measurement (ROI). Professional Knowledge and Skills: Isolation Precautions, Preparation and/or administration of contrast media, Radiation Safety, Starting Peripheral IVs, Venipuncture. Spine and Musculoskeletal: cervical, lumbar, musculoskeletal trauma, thoracic.

Certs: ARRT CT; ARRT R; BLS**MUST HAVE Siemens CT scanner experience as the traveler will be working alone

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a CT Technologist preferred, but we are open to exceptional candidates with a strong passion.
• Valid certification and/or licensure in the state of practice, if applicable.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and composure, especially during stressful and fast-paced moments in the healthcare setting.
• Valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel between assignment locations.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen to meet healthcare industry standards.
