Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Petoskey, Michigan. The CT Tech will perform imaging procedures, position patients, and ensure high-quality diagnostic images while adhering to radiation safety standards.

Requirements include 1 year of CT experience, ARRT CT certification, and BLS; state licensure may be required. Flexible shifts are offered with travel compensation and tax-free stipends as applicable.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience required in CT imaging.
• ARRT CT certification and BLS are required.
• State licensing may be required where applicable.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and handle radiology equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and explain procedures to reduce anxiety.
• Position patients and operate CT equipment to obtain diagnostic images.
• Administer radiocontrast agents when needed and monitor patient response.
• Ensure accurate documentation and follow safety procedures for radiation use.
• Maintain patient records and familiarity with PACS system.
