Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The CT Tech will operate CT scanners, prepare patients, follow imaging protocols, and collaborate with radiologists to deliver high-quality diagnostic images.

Requirements include one year of CT experience, valid Radiology license, and current BLS certification. Preferred ARRT certification and other licenses may be required.

Qualifications

• One year of CT Technologist experience required.
• Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred ARRT certification; other licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic cross-sectional images.
• Prepare and position patients, explaining the imaging process.
• Set technical parameters to demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologists for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot CT equipment.
• Document patient information and imaging details in the HIS/RIS.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to deliver timely services.
• Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across facilities.
• Perform other duties within CT Tech scope.
