Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Shelton, Washington. This role involves working 12-hour daytime shifts at a facility in Shelton, WA, with travel compensation and comprehensive benefits. You will operate CT scanners, ensure image quality, and collaborate with radiologists to provide accurate diagnostic images.

Requirements include one year of CT experience, a valid radiology license, and current BLS. ARRT certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist.
• Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred ARRT Certification; other licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare and position patients, explaining imaging procedures.
• Set technical parameters to optimize anatomy and pathology visualization.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologists for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
• Maintain CT equipment and document procedures in the system.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and staff to ensure timely service.
