Job summary

Supplemental Health Care seeks a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in St Albans, Vermont. The role requires ARRT(R) and CT imaging experience, and offers 36 hours weekly with 12-hour shifts.

Start date ASAP, travel contract with potential extension, and comprehensive benefits are included. You will operate CT equipment, ensure radiation safety, and support patient care in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality
