Supplemental Health Care is actively seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Raleigh, North Carolina. This 13-week contract features 36 hours per week, night shifts, and an opportunity to extend with a leading healthcare staffing partner.

The role requires ARRT certification, CT imaging experience, and an active radiologic license where applicable. Start ASAP with pay weekly and comprehensive benefits through SHC.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

Responsibilities

• Using computed tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including radiation protection practices
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality
