Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Lancaster, OH. The role requires 1 year of CT experience, ARRT (CT) certification with registration, and BLS. The CT Tech will perform imaging, manage patient care, and participate in safety procedures.

The position offers 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts, with travel benefits and tax-free stipends as applicable. Previous PACS experience (McKesson PACS) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of CT experience.
• ARRT (CT) certification with registration; BLS required.
• State-specific licensure if required for the assignment.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods and handle patient care tasks.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identification and imaging requests; explain procedures to patients.
• Interpret doctors' written orders accurately.
• Properly position patients for targeted CT scans.
• Operate CT equipment to acquire diagnostic images.
• Administer radiocontrast agents as appropriate.
• Evaluate CT images for technical quality.
• Follow radiation safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Familiarity with PACS systems and workflow.
