Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Henderson, North Carolina. This 13-week contract offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts and opportunities to extend based on performance.

The ideal candidate holds an ARRT credential with CT specialization (R/CT), BLS, and 1–2 years of radiology experience, preferably CT imaging. All GH care standards and licensing requirements apply, with comprehensive benefits and support from SHC.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience; CT imaging experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Using CT equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety.
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensuring patient safety and comfort, including radiation protection practices.
• Evaluating CT scans for good technical quality.
