Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a contract assignment at a partnering hospital in Ashland City, Tennessee. Use your CT imaging skills to support patient care while enjoying the stability of a dedicated staffing partner.

This 13-week travel role offers 36 hours per week, night shifts, competitive weekly pay, and the chance to extend. SHC provides full benefits, 24/7 support, and access to CEU courses.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality
