Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Antioch, CA. The role involves operating CT scanners, preparing patients, and working with radiologists to obtain diagnostic-quality images during 8-hour night shifts, with a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• One year of recent CT Technologist experience required.
• Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• Current ARRT Certification preferred; other licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare patients, explain the imaging process, and position patients.
• Set appropriate technical parameters to demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
