Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Great Falls, Montana. The role requires 1 year of CT experience, ARRT CT certification, BLS, and appropriate state licensing. Tasks include patient positioning, image acquisition, contrast administration, and radiology report maintenance.

The position is a 13-week travel assignment with 36 hours per week, 13-hour days. Housing and travel stipends may apply depending on assignment and location.

Qualifications

• 1 year of CT experience required.
• BLS and ARRT (CT) certification with registration.
• State-specific license as required for CT practice.

Responsibilities

• Identify patients and explain procedures with reassurance.
• Interpret doctors' imaging requests accurately.
• Position patients for targeted CT scans.
• Operate CT equipment to acquire diagnostic images.
• Administer radiocontrast agents as needed.
• Assess CT image quality and technical adequacy.
• Follow radiation safety procedures.
• Maintain patient records and documentation.
• Utilize McKesson PACS for image management.
