Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Juneau, Alaska. The position runs for 13 weeks with 40 hours per week and 8-hour day shifts. Immediate opening requires ARRT CT, BLS, and state licensing where required, plus 1 year of CT experience.

You will operate CT equipment, ensure high-quality images, and prepare patients for scanning, while using the McKesson PACS system. Travel benefits and weekly pay are provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year of CT experience.
• BLS, ARRT (CT) certification and state licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Position patients and acquire diagnostic CT images.
• Review orders, explain procedures, and reassure patients.
• Administer radiocontrast when needed and ensure safety.
• Evaluate image quality for diagnostic utility.
• Maintain patient records and follow radiation safety procedures.
• Operate McKesson PACS system.
