Supplemental Health Care is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Lake Worth, FL. The contract spans 13 weeks with 36 hours per week and 12-hour day shifts, offering professional growth and exposure to a hospital setting.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, ARRT certification, and an active state license where applicable, with 1–2 years of radiology experience and CT imaging proficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography; ARRT (CT) certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Using computed tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety.
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including radiation protection practices.
• Evaluating CT scans to determine image quality.
