Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Amarillo, Texas. The CT Tech operates CT scanners, prepares patients, ensures image quality, and collaborates with radiologists to deliver accurate diagnoses while observing radiation safety.

Qualifications

• One year of recent CT Technologist experience.
• Valid Radiology license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred ARRT certification and other applicable licenses.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnosis.
• Prepare and position patients, ensuring safety and imaging accuracy.
• Set parameters to clearly demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
• Provide high-quality images to radiologists for interpretation.
• Maintain equipment and document imaging details in the system.
• Collaborate with radiologists and doctors to deliver timely imaging services.
