Qualifications

• Requires Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT Radiography (R) certification is required; ARRT CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years radiologic tech experience; CT imaging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanner to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilize radiologic equipment and ensure patient safety.
• Explain scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensure radiation safety and comfort for patients.
• Evaluate CT images for technical quality.
