Qualifications

• Eighteen months prior experience in a health care setting as a CT Tech
• Must be ARRT (CT) or ASRT certified
• Most states require licensure
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment and produce cross-sectional images.
• Position patients and set up controls for CT scans.
• Assist radiologist with imaging procedures and contrast administration.
• Evaluate image quality and label results accurately.
• Schedule procedures and perform related clerical tasks.
• Deliver safe, cost-effective patient care and maintain a patient-focused environment.
