Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Hanford, California. The role features 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts, with flexible scheduling.

Requirements include 18 months of CT experience, ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification, and licensure as required by state law. Travel credentials, housing support, and competitive pay are provided.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months prior experience in a health care setting as a CT Tech.
• Must be ARRT (CT) or ASRT certified.
• Most states require licensure.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment and produce cross-sectional images for diagnosis.
• Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment.
• Set controls, monitor equipment and patient, and make adjustments as needed.
• Assist radiologist with imaging procedures, IVs, and contrast administration.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and label images correctly.
• Schedule procedures and handle some clerical tasks.
• Charge procedures and supplies to patient records.
• Load and operate power injections for contrast media.
