TotalMed Allied is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Sonora, CA. This role requires 1 year of CT experience, ARRT CT certification, BLS, and state licensing as applicable. You will operate CT equipment, prepare patients, and ensure high-quality images for interpretation.

The position offers 40 hours/week, days, 8-hour shifts, 13-week duration, and a travel pay package with stipends. Join a dedicated team providing patient care across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year CT experience.
• BLS certification required.
• ARRT CT certification with registration.
• State-specific license when required.

Responsibilities

• Identify patients and explain imaging procedures to ensure comfort.
• Interpret doctors' instructions accurately.
• Position patients for scanning of targeted areas.
• Operate CT equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Administer radiocontrast agents as needed.
• Assess CT images for technical quality.
• Follow radiation safety procedures.
• Maintain patient records and documentation.
• Familiar with McKesson PACS system.
