Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Monongahela, PA. The CT Tech operates CT scanners, prepares patients, and works closely with radiologists to deliver high-quality diagnostic images.

Requirements include one year of CT experience, valid radiology license, and current BLS certification. ARRT certification is a preferred credential. Travel benefits and competitive pay are included.

Qualifications

• One year of recent CT Technologist experience.
• Valid Radiology license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare patients for procedures, explain imaging process, and position patients appropriately.
• Set appropriate technical parameters to accurately demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies to ensure safety.
• Document patient information and imaging parameters in the hospital system.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely diagnostic services.
• Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across facilities.
