Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Dubuque, Iowa. The role requires 18 months of CT experience, ARRT or ASRT certification, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

You will work 36 hours per week, with 12‑hour day shifts, and travel accommodations and benefits including weekly pay, credentialing support, and housing options.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months prior experience in a health care setting as a CT Tech.
• ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification required.
• Most states require licensure.

Responsibilities

• Position patients for CT scans and ensure immobilization and protection as needed.
• Set and monitor CT equipment controls and monitor patient and equipment during procedures.
• Assist radiologist with imaging procedures, IVs, and contrast administration when applicable.
• Dispense oral contrast for CT scans.
• Assist radiologist with interventional CT procedures.
• Evaluate CT images for technical quality and properly label and store datasets.
• Schedule procedures and assist with related clerical tasks.
• Charge procedures and supplies to patient records.
• Operate power injections for contrast media.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care and maintain a safe work environment.
