Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Albany, Missouri. You will operate CT scanners, prepare patients, and work closely with radiologists to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.

Qualifications

• One year of recent CT technologist experience.
• Valid radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare patients for procedures, explain imaging process, and position patients safely.
• Set appropriate technical parameters to optimize image quality while minimizing dose.
• Provide high-quality images to radiologists for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CT equipment.
• Document patient information and imaging parameters accurately in the system.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely diagnostic services.
