Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Travel CT Technologist for a 13-week acute care assignment in Terre Haute, Indiana. The role requires ARRT CT certification, BLS, and 2+ years of CT experience, with a 36-hour workweek on 12-hour days.

You will operate in a CT department with GE equipment, perform CTA and stroke protocols, and manage 15 scans per day. Travel benefits include premium insurance, housing stipends, and 24/7 support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years CT Technologist experience required.
• ARRT CT certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• License required if applicable.
• Must be self-motivated and able to start IVs.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures including CTA, stroke protocols, head/neck, chest and abdomen/pelvis studies.
• Operate GE CT equipment and monitor 3D imaging protocols.
• Process approximately 15 scans per day.
• Utilize Centricity and Meditech; transition to Fuji and Epic in early 2027.
• Charting with Allscripts; may float to X-ray as needed.
• 12-hour day shifts, weekends rotation every 3rd weekend; call every 4th–5th week.
• Float to X-ray if required.
